I ship once a week on wednesdays. any orders placed after wednesday at 7 PM CST will be shipped the following wednesday. if it needs to be shipped ASAP or if there is a deadline that needs to be met, please contact me so that I can get you taken care of.
I ship within the domestic US using USPS first class service. shipping usually takes about three to five business days. items are shipped in a bubble mailer. I will not ship my products in a letter envelope to make shipping cheaper as the method that I ship them in is to protect the items.
if your tracking says "pre-shipment" or "label created", that means that your shipping label has been generated & your package is ready to go. I send items out in batches, so your purchase is in the next batch to go out. if its been more than a week, & the tracking hasnt updated, please reach out to me with your order number.
please note that international orders also may take upwards to four weeks to arrive to the designated location. if the tracking has stopped updating after the item has left the us, that is because it is more than likely in transit & has not been received by your countries postal system. each country & shipping service handles tracking numbers differently.
