I am not responsible for items that are lost or returned to me due to the buyer providing an incorrect, incomplete, or unverified mailing address at checkout. i will not be doing any refunds or exchanges. in order to have the item redelivered, the buyer will have to pay shipping again. please double check the address before purchasing & if there was a mistake, please send me an email within 24 hours so that I can correct the order.
international orders may be taxed or there may be a customs fee. I am not responsible for them & will not pay them. it is up to the buyer to take care of any fees added through their countrys customs. I will also not mark the cost of the item as lower than the actual value to avoid taxes/customs, as that is illegal.
please note that international orders also may take upwards to four weeks to arrive to the designated location. if the tracking has stopped updating after the item has left the US, that is because it is more than likely in transit & has not been received by your countries postal system. each country & shipping service handles tracking numbers differently.
if your tracking has been marked as "delivered", but you have not received your item, please contact your local post office, neighbors, etc, to check to see if they have information about your item location.
if you have not received your item after the package has been marked as "delivered" & have done the above steps, please reach out & email me with your order number so you can be assisted.
